How to Request Your Quote
Call or fill out our online form with the basics: your event or project date, your location in South Bend, and a rough headcount. If you're renting for construction site services we'll ask what trades you're running. If it's an event restroom rental we'll want to know guest count and duration. We ask because toilet needs scale hard. Under OSHA 1926.51(c), a construction crew of 20 workers needs one toilet facility; at 50 workers you need one toilet seat and one urinal per 50 workers. Same math applies to events. Once we have those numbers we can quote you standard portable toilet rental or move up to a deluxe flushable porta potty or ADA accessible porta potty.
We serve South Bend and the surrounding towns. Notre Dame is 3.1 miles east and we service it the same day. Mishawaka sits 10.5 miles southeast. If you're in Elkhart, 12.1 miles east, or La Porte, 15.1 miles southeast, we cover you too. Delivery fees depend on duration and distance. We'll quote that upfront so you see the whole number before you commit.
What to Expect from Your Quote
Your quote shows everything: the unit type, the rental rate, delivery and pickup, and service visits. If you're renting for more than a week we'll include a service schedule. The baseline is one visit per week under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3. Longer rentals often run monthly pricing, which gives you better per-day cost. If you need restroom trailer rental instead of standard units, trailers run higher but they serve more people in comfort. We quote 2-stall, 4-stall and 8-stall options so you can see the jump in cost and capacity.
If your project needs extras like handwashing station rental or temporary fence rental, we add those line by line. For job sites where crews are applying paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities with soap and with towels or a hand drying device. We carry both portable sinks and standalone handwashing stations. If your South Bend location has limited space we'll sketch placement and confirm access before delivery.

Why Your Quote Matters
The quote locks your dates and price. It's not a sales pitch; it's a contract we'll both sign. You see every line. We add nothing later. Most customers in South Bend print it and send it to their manager or general contractor same day. If you need to add units or change dates before your rental starts, we adjust the quote and send you a revision. If you're unsure how many units you need, we walk through it. A porta potty rental checklist helps you remember what to ask. Check it before you call.
How fast will I get a quote?
Same day if you call before 2 p.m. Calls after 2 p.m. or weekend requests get a quote by 9 a.m. Monday. Online form submissions get a callback within 2 business hours. We don't hold you to the quote beyond 30 days, but most projects book in the first week.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. There's no fee to ask. We quote porta potty rental cost, delivery, and service visits because we want you to budget right. No surprises at pickup.
Can I change my rental after I book?
Yes. If you need more units or longer duration, call us. If you need fewer units or shorter time, we adjust your bill. Most changes happen because your headcount shifts. Tell us early so we can move equipment if we have to.
What if my South Bend location doesn't have much space?
Tell us in the quote request. We site it. A standard unit is about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. We need about 60 feet of straight clearance behind a truck for delivery. If your space is tight we'll say so and suggest alternatives like storage container rental or a trailer park nearby.
Do you service septic and dumpsters too?
Yes. We do septic pumping service and roll-off dumpster rental for the same South Bend locations. If you need all three, one quote covers everything.
